Please see below for our refund policy:

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method upon delivery to the carrier.
• All intimates, swimwear, shoes, beauty products, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE.
• Return forms must be completed within 14 days of receiving your order. 
• Only items in new, original, unworn condition will be accepted for return. Items returned worn, soiled, or otherwise unsaleable will be disposed of without eligibility for refund.
• All SALE items are final sale.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts with excessive returns.
• Upon completion of filling out the return order form, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. €7.95 will be deducted from your refund amount for each return processed unless you purchase other items during the return process on our site. If you make a purchase at the time of completing the return order form, your processing fee will be waived. 
• At this time, we do not offer exchanges, but we are more than happy to refund eligible items and have you repurchase alternative sizes or colors.
